We record your personal information when you apply for or use any product or service offered by Haven Fund, or when you communicate with our team members, authorized representatives, agents, and service providers. This may include, among other things:
your name and personal particulars such as contact information, address, date of birth, educational attainment;
specimen signatures;

To add you to Haven Fund's and its affiliates' reward programs or other similar customer-focused initiatives;

To adhere to a legal requirement that Haven Fund or the relevant subsidiary(ies) or affiliate(s) is/are subject to.
We could transmit, retain, and/or manage your private information outside of the Philippines. In doing so, we will follow the Data Privacy Act and its corresponding regulations and laws.
We strive to ensure you that we do not and will not sell personal information to third parties. All of our transactions with third parties must be entirely in accordance with the confidentiality obligations placed on us by the governing agreements, terms and conditions, and/or laws that regulate our connection with you.
We completely understand the importance of your personal information, especially when it includes sensitive personal information such as your gender, government-issued IDs, and so on. We use physical, technological, and procedural precautions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information. We train our personnel to handle your information correctly. We require other organizations that offer services for us to protect personal information in accordance with our own security requirements.

Any relevant modifications will be made available on the Have Fund website.
Personal Information/Data - any information, whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is obvious or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or which, when combined with other information, would directly and certainly identify an individual.
Personal Information/Data Sensitive - refers to personal information:
Concerning a person's ethnicity, ethnic origin, marital status, age, color, and religious, philosophical, or political beliefs;
Concerning a person's health, education, genetic, or sexual life, or any proceeding for any offense done or alleged to have been committed by such person, the disposition of such proceedings, or the sentence of any court in such proceedings;
Issued by government agencies specific to an individual, such as social security numbers, prior or current health records, license denials, suspension or revocation, and tax reports; and
Specifically designated as classified by an executive order or a congressional legislation.
